Riverstone Resources, Ltd. was formed in February, 2002, as a Limited Partnership in the State of Texas. The company was founded by Keith Jackson to further his presence in the oil and gas industry. His initial company, Landmark Group, was founded in March of 1997 as an oil and gas operator. The companies were founded on the principles of conducting all business with honesty and integrity. Many relationships have been forged during the past several years that position Riverstone to capitalize on current and future energy prices. This network of industry companies gives Riverstone the opportunity to evaluate multiple prospects.
